MTCCS CONTRACT QUALIFICATIONS:
The GDIT Battle Space Simulation Engineer lead provides support for intelligence simulation systems used in support of individual and collective training at the company, brigade and higher levels. GDIT Battle Space Simulation Engineer lead participates in planning and implementation of training programs, practices and procedures; and configuration requirements definition, analysis, design, system integration, and performance analysis for intelligence simulation systems fielded to the JMSC. Duties to manage a team of scenario developers, subject matter experts, and systems engineers to analyze job tasks, develop new and revise existing training content, and implement revised content based on changes to the system; tactics, techniques, and procedures; and concept of operations. GDIT Battle Space Simulation Engineer lead ensures that the Battle Space Simulation Team is integrated into the respective Hub and spoke (MTC) and JMRC (CTC) operations.
Skills: • Experience participating in, and leading teams in an Intelligence organization • Demonstrate experience configuring and troubleshooting Constructive Simulation hardware and software to stimulate mission command systems Ability to present analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders • Broad understanding of classified (DoD and SCI) and unclassified systems for C4ISR, BMC3, or TCPED • Demonstrated understanding of technology integration and intelligence information flow • Understanding of RMF process and Cyber Security requirements. • Experience providing technical intelligence research and analysis, and technical support to tactical and operational related missions • Experience in technical support and training requirements at Brigade or higher level, or equivalent • Demonstrated strong understanding of Army modeling and simulation concepts and tools • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in database development, event modeling, logical and physical database design, data access analysis and design, DBMS optimization, archive and recovery
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field • Five (5) years’ experience within the past 10 years, in planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integration of Army Mission Command Systems in support of distributed exercises. • Five (5) years’ experience in information technology management • Meet DoD 8570.01-M Baseline Computing Environment (CE) Certification Requirements at Information Assurance Management Level I (IAM I) • Must be a US Citizen • Must possess a Top Secret/Polygraph Clearance
