Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources.
May prepare project schedules and statistical reports as required.
Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including facilities, logistics, and day-to-day activities such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, analysis and facilities coordination.
May compile various contract, program, and financial data for use in the preparation of reports, such as monthly status reports.
May assists in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance against plan, and provides status reporting.
Emphasis is on day-to-day administration, planning and tracking.
May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
May participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
