General Dynamics Technology Shared Services (TSS) is seeking a Java Developer to join our Army Installation Support Modules (ISM) Project. The ideal candidate will be able to research, design, develop, modify, document, test, debug and maintain functionalities for the Army Human Resources Systems (AHRS) software application.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
5+ years of experience with Java development in a working environment
Active Secret Clearance
Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), HTML, XML, XHTML, CSS, etc.
Experience correcting software deficiencies and developing new capabilities
Database experience with SQL, ideally PL/SQL
Great communication skills
Frameworks such as Spring, Struts, Spring Boot, or similar
Experience with Hibernate and/or JPA
Experience with Angular and/or React
Versioning and revision control system, ideally Apache Subversion

Creating and editing PDF’s with Adobe Experience Manager – Forms Designer
The likely salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
