At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Senior Program Analyst supports and manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
BA/BS and 8+ years of related finance or business analysis experience.
TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
Facilitating readiness gates, reviewing artifacts and project documentations.
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Performs Technical Data Package (TDP) effort includes collaborating with internal and external service providers to develop a set of service integration artifacts capturing the ‘bid-to’, ‘build-to’, and ‘operate-to’ processes, interfaces, and interrelationships required to effect the MSP construct.
Participates in special projects as required.
May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.
May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)
Certification: ITIL Foundations Certification within sixty (60) days of hire date.
Desired skills: ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, customer focus, effective writing ability, attention to detail.
