Technical project manager/integrator supporting Data Engineering/ETL team responsible for coordinating multiple efforts/priorities simultaneously with various internal and external counterparts. Responsible for delegating and monitoring taskings, performing knowledge management, and shepherding requirements through the technical workflow. Collaborates with other integrators to understand rapidly shifting priorities and brings process improvement/technical enhancement ideas before management for consideration. Performs weekly status, and ad-hoc reporting with the ability to translate highly technical requirements or accomplishments into demonstrable mission impact. Responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating with technical team leads and act as a liaison between management and engineering teams.

Job Description

Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks in a big data environment, focused on ETL – Extract, Transform, Load – processes Participates in the development of technical projects plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. May also perform technical services on assigned tasks. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required. Effective management skills. Effective administrative and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related software, business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Master’s Degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Required Qualifications

Must demonstrate Project Management fundamentals using approved tools and techniques in the execution of IT activities to include scheduling, execution and monitoring/controlling Must be able to effectively communicate across the Program, with the client, stakeholders and with other contractors Must possess excellent time management skills and the drive to work unsupervised or with a small team Must be a team player and be willing to both share knowledge and learn from others to ensure the team’s success Must be able to manage priorities across multiple projects Must be able to work within tight schedule timelines while delivering high quality work products 10+ years of related systems integrator experience Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
