GDIT is currently seeking a Quality Analyst in Raleigh, NC to join our team.


  • Conduct process and product audits documenting the results in the approved database. Some product audits require software development knowledge, including reviews of technical design documentation
  • Write and follow up on recommendations, corrective action requests, escalate issues to upper management as needed
  • Become familiar with CMMI V2.0 Model for Services (CMMI-SVC) and be able to perform audits based on the CMMI framework
  • Support the effort for ensuring QA evaluates all CMMI-SVC level 2 and 3 process areas for compliance. Assist in gathering artifacts for CMMI-SVC Appraisals

This is not a QA testing position.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience performing Quality Assurance audits or four years of software development experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Products

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with any CMMI framework (i.e.; Development, Services or Acquisition). ITIL experience can substitute for CMMI experience
  • Knowledge of North Carolina Medicaid and/or NCTracks
  • CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) by American Society for Quality (ASQ)
