Six (6) years of experience providing guidance during phases of the software development lifecycle to include analysing user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs
Three (3) years of experience advising on the software or system process for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates.
Three (3) years of experience creating, updating and maintaining curriculum and tests for the DefenseReady course based on current policies
Three (3) years of experience providing guidance to all phases of the software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging process to meet business needs.
Two (2) years of experience conducting group training as well as one on one training
Two (2) years of experience creating Quick Reference Guides pertaining to DefenseReady
Two (2) years of experience providing valued analysis on software project specifications, activities, or status
IAT Level II baseline certification (i.e. Security+CE) in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, (or achieve within six months of hiring)
Intermediate level industry certification from one of the following: Microsoft (i.e. Dynamics, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform), AWS, Sun, Red Hat, Oracle, CompTIA or relevant technology (or achieve within six months of hiring)
BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Six (6) years of related experience or four (4) years of related experience with an AA/AS degree
Security Clearance: Secret clearance based upon a SSBI or SSBI-PR completed within the past five years.
