Support technical target discovery and enrichment for an operational element of a technology-focused client involved in some of the nation’s most important security challenges. Provide discovery and enrichment support for a dedicated target set, including drafting cables, analyzing technical data, and integrate multi-INT disciplines, combining HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT and OSINT. Leverage comprehension of Internet technologies, networking, emerging technologies, and social media in support of the targeting mission.
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience. 10 to 15 years directly related technical target discovery and enrichment experience, including traditional or technical targeting.
Experience with cable and intelligence product writing Knowledge of Internet technologies, including networking, Cybersecurity, social media, or mobile applications Experience with hard target sets Experience with target enrichment and discovery of telecom or crypto targets Experience with working in a technology, targeting, or Cybersecurity field Knowledge of open source research Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent analytic and problem solving skills Outstanding customer focus and service skills Ability to communicate effectively
Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security clearance Possible short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide
