The AA will be expected to work independently on tasks assigned by the principals. This will include, but is not limited to, email and calendar management, maintaining and updating records, check in/out process, tracking and managing all administrative needs of the office, T&A administrator and acting as the office manager. The AA will be the conduit to support to ensure that all support needs are met (i.e. facility, logistical, and budgetary requirements, etc.) for the office. This is a sole support position and will be required to back up the Customers Front Office AA. Strong customer service and communication, both verbally and written, are required.
