Program Analyst (Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph)

Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Program Analyst at GDIT. Working for the Sponsor, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

HOW BEING A PROGRAM ANALYST  MAKE AN IMPACT?

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a high profile contract program. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements. Demonstrated experience with fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact mission deliver.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Required Experience: 
• Demonstrated experience managing and organizing multiple projects with short, quick turn deadlines. 
• Demonstrated experience with communication at all levels and across multiple work disciplines. 
• Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis and definition. 
• Demonstrated experience with creating professional presentations using Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Visio. 
• Demonstrate experience with technical writing and informational resources. 
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
• Preferred Skills:
• Demonstrated experience supporting across the Sponsor environment. 
• Demonstrated experience working in an environment serving many different stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated experience working closely and collegiately with program offices and varied elements within the Sponsor. Demonstrated experience with fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact mission delivery. 
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met
