Will perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of Armored Vehicle QA/QC Program
Liaise between QA/QC Team Lead and Sr. Project Coordinators as it relates to travel needs and requirements
Provide expense reporting support via Concur to Analysts on travel
Develop, finalize, and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Vendor Health Reports (VHR)
Develop and disseminate agendas for any weekly or monthly meetings
Track status of AV Taskers assigned to QA / QC Team
Provide updates to Program and Project documents as needed (draft SOPs, etc.)
Update Inspection Schedule and QA/QC Muster
Focal point for QA/QC-specific onboarding
Compile notes from team members doing assessments and writing assessment reports
Develop procedure operation instructions for all inspections
Provide Expense Reporting Support via Concur
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
May perform business development activities
Participates in special projects as required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
Willingness and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
