We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain management skills to lead our warehouse operations for multiple customers spread geographically across the world. Challenge yourself and apply if you are the individual that possess the following skills:
Understanding of complete asset lifecycle.
Maintain databases for inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excess, moved, or in transit. Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
Track and determine software and hardware maintenance renewals by identifying the renewal 180 days before the expiration date, validating the renewal with technical SMEs, breaking out the renewal line items by corresponding consuming AoRs, and coordinating with each of the responsible bill payers.
Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.
Generate documentation and completing required forms for shipping to include Pro Forma, ITAR, other shipping documents, and labels such as those required for hazardous material. Contact carriers for expedited shipments and rate quotes.
Confer with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost. Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers.
Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities. Performs functions such as demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, inventory reductions, cost savings, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers.
Writes and edits the logistics policy and procedures.
Liaison with Other Government Agencies to facilitate the transfer and transport of assets, supplies, and equipment
Perform all other duties as assigned*
5+ years of related logistics work experience.
BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience
Strong written and verbal skills.
Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
Possess an active secret top security SCI clearance.
Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.
Experience with ServiceNow
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with change and configuration management.
Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs
