GDIT is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Site Manager to lead our Mission Command (MC) training team at the Ft. Hood Mission Training Complex (MTC). In addition to serving as the III Corps Hub MTC Site Manager (SM), this individual will also serve as the Deputy Task Order Manager (TOM) for the U.S. Army’s III Corps Area of Operation which includes the Ft. Hood MTC and five additional spoke MTCs at Ft. Carson, CO; Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; Ft. Riley, KS; and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large, complex, and multi-functional programs involving distributed Joint and/or Army training simulations and exercises. The Hub SM is responsible for the performance of work within the Fort Hood MTC and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order (TO) requirements. The Hub SM shall work collaboratively with all III Corps MTC SMs and in concert with the direction from the TOM and the Fort Hood MTC Director. The Hub SM/Deputy TOM will assume TOM duties as required to maintain program continuity and integrity.
