The Administrative Assistant Ill tracks language and training programs. They will track approximately 10-15 training courses and approximately 250 personnel. The candidate must be comfortable tracking information in both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint. The AA will be expected to see actions from beginning to end with guidance from staff. The AA will proactively track and keep customers management informed on the status of training completions and requests and using office specific databases and tools for tracking. They will serve as the primary coordinator of language training for officers preparing to deploy to field assignments and local office tours. Additionally, serve as focal point for all language training matters with course providers. Requires good communication skills both oral and written in order to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
