And our work depends on a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer joining our team to support Government activities in Herndon, Virginia.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. The Multimedia Specialist will create training documentations (business cards, driver licenses, ID cards, passport etc) in support of the customer training course for students and instructors. Create update and manage spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations for briefings. Use of Adobe, Asure ID, and other various software to create documents. On the job training will be given for these databases. Informal photographer for student and staff photos to be used in documents. Camera equipment is already setup no experience necessary. Distribute documents to staff for every exercise in timely manner. Arrange and coordinate repair of office equipment as needed. Provide support and account for equipment inventory and accountable property. Perform ad hoc administrative support to the training environment and other groups as necessary.
Proficient in reading, speaking and writing in the English language.
Possess a minimum of two years general administrative support work with demonstrated experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Windows applications in Microsoft Office.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Supports the preparation of systems specifications.
Under close supervision, prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
Applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
