The AA is expected to work largely independently while relying on fellow AAs, MSAs, the GTM, and their senior managers for guidance. The bulk of the responsibilities are administratively transactional and the AA will be asked to be proactive, resourceful, and a positive individual that is able to represent their primary department to visitors of all levels of seniority. Core hours are expected to be at minimum of 0800-1600 with flexibility around those times for arrival/departure. No travel is required for this position. The AA should be able to perform back-up duties for other offices within the work unit to ensure administrative support coverage.
