Our work depends on a SCRUM Master joining our team to support CMS activities based in MD, but working remote.

As a Data Analyst supporting CMS, you will be a team-level change agent who facilitates and trains in agile practices in a diverse and technically complex cloud services delivery program. A practical understanding of agile and DevOps principles, frameworks, tools and concepts will be key in successfully performing in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and motivate multiple scrum teams in all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
Acts as a servant leader and aids with the resolution of blocking challenges
Assist with internal and external communications, improving transparency
Mentor team members in Agile values, principles, and practices
Utilize tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: sprint iteration planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, and status reporting
Identify differences in understanding and issues as they occur; work with the team to problem-solve or escalate to management if needed
Utilize tools and reports, such as JIRA and Confluence, to collect, develop and analyze Agile data and metrics
Utilize data from retrospectives and other agile metrics to coach and to recommend continuous improvements
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years related technical experience
4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
4+ years of experience with software DevOps pipeline processes and tools
4+ years of experience with support tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, ServiceNow, and HP ALM
The likely salary range for this position is $88,000 - $132,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
