Provides technical, administrative, and operational assistance to the service or capability team's assigned project or tasks.
Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status. Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Participates in special projects as required.

Understanding of DoD and DA technical documentation development, parlance, and regulatory guidance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship skills, demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Current understanding of Army Enterprise IT Service/Capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs
DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policy, including DoD Instruction 8500.01, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.
Understanding of Change Management practices
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Must meet DoD 8570.1-M Certification for: IAM I (Security+, CAP, CND, Cloud+, or GSLC)
Computing Environment Certification, ITIL® v4 Foundation Certification.
