Systems Administrator, Senior - (Current TS/SCI clearance required)

HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems

• Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users

• May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies

• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

• ​May serve as a team or task lead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Must have Technical Training, Certification(s) or BS/BA Degree, and 3+ years of experience. Will consider work experience in lieu of a BS/BA degree.

• Required Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience in Systems Administration.

• Required Technical Skills: Must have Systems Administration experience with Windows and Active Directory. Must also have work experience with providing technical support/installation of desktop/printers services.

• Required Certifications: Must have a DOD 8570 level II related certification, such as the COMPTIA Security + CE certification.

• Required Security Clearance Level: Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance

• Required Skills and Abilities: Will provide technical support in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.

• Preferred Skills: Good communication skills and team player

• Location: Newington, VA
