GDIT is seeking a Project/Task Supervisor in Columbia, MD for the DeskTop Services task order which provides Tier 2 & 3 maintenance and deployments. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of this ongoing project and serves as liaison between team members, management and the customer to include:
Review status of the project and prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks administratively and technically.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations (including schedules), monitoring and develops problem resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanism for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly changing task assignments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well both independently and in teams.
To qualify, you must have an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required starting.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors + 5 years’ of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience
8 or more years of related experience
Experience managing a technical team
PMP Certification is a plus
