At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Subcontract Administrator, Advisor supporting Defense Agencies, you will be trusted to procure goods and services, and support proposal efforts on behalf of GDIT.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Providing support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiations (Terms/Conditions/Pricing/Modifications), Purchase Orders and Closeouts
  • Creates subcontract solicitations
  • Supports proposal efforts
  • Negotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
  • Reviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent years of related experience

Highly desirable qualities:

An independent, self-starter who works well autonomously, and is comfortable accepting new challenges and overcoming them with little to no oversight; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent risk identification, analysis, and solutioning skills; team player mentality is a must.

The likely salary range for this position is $89,600 - $134,400, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
