**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**
Core hours 9am-3pm. Arrival time will be between 0700-0900 and departure between 1600 -1730. This position requires a standard schedule consisting of 8 hour workdays 5 days a week. Will need a medium to high ability to prioritize four officer's (Department Chiefs and EXO) calendars. Deconflict/reschedule appointments for management as well as locate and schedule conference rooms, VTC meetings and/or training sessions for team members on an ad hoc basis. Responsible for assisting with the consolidation document edits, relaying deadlines, and other administrative tasks. The AA will be responsible for reviewing documents to ensure proper grammar and spelling are used, and utilizing written communication skills to edit comments and communications for the office. Review work against checklists process/program documentation for accuracy and completeness. Provide support to executive tasking's between the Mission Center Front Office and the supported department. Prepare officers for attendance at meetings and events by providing copies of presentations and background information for review. Greet and/or escort all office visitors. Will open, sort and distribute incoming mail, newspapers, faxes or other documents. The AA will be responsible for monitoring incoming emails and telephone calls for MC Department Chief and Executive Officer. Maintain a modest supply of office products, submitting trouble tickets for malfunctioning copiers and printers and tracking the progress of repairs. Responsible for assisting with the consolidation of inputs and creation of briefings, to support leadership meetings and assist with putting together briefing books.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
