Senior Proposal Analyst (Majority Remote)

*Position will be a hybrid work arrangement, and mainly remote. But to be considered, the candidate will be required to periodically go on site. Therefore, the candidate must be local to the DC metro region.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Proposal Manager throughout the assigned proposal’s lifecycle and perform desktop publishing (DTP) and production.
• Desktop publishing, production, and select administration support for proposal submittals.
• Become familiar with the opportunity; review the DRAFT RFP (e.g., instructions, evaluation criteria, SOW) for requirements that impact format and production
• Generate templates from outline/Compliance Matrix (CM) from the Proposal Manager for all supported bids based on RFP requirements for all volumes/sections of the RFP.
• Attend the kickoff meetings
• Identify and document questions regarding production and formatting requirements
• Work with authors to update formatting on resume template per RFP requirements
• Work with authors to update formatting on past performance template per RFP requirements
• Co-manage proposal SharePoint site with the Coordination Specialist (e.g., permissions, settings, uploads) post site creation

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret;

• Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of desktop publishing experience, OR nine (9) years related experience in lieu of a degree

• Experience formatting government proposals

• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe (PDF), and SharePoint
