GDIT is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Program Analyst to join our team in support our Intelligence customer in Springfield, Virginia or St. Louis, Missouri. The Program Analyst will be a part of a team supporting and securing some of the most complex government defense, and intelligence projects across the country. The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities.
Develop project schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements.
Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers.
Conduct planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
Monitoring and maintenance of technical, administrative, and operational governance of assigned task(s), including contract and subcontractor management.
Participate in metrics reporting of technical project plans, proposals, reports, task order and administrative reporting.
May perform program business activities.
Attend customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
Interact with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
Coordinate the development of deliverables and products.
Ensure the quality assurance for all project deliverables.
Maintain a current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.
Five (5+) years of related job experience.
Experience in Business Operations or customer service driven environments highly desired.
Working Knowledge and understanding of program and business principals.
Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Must have flexibility and the ability to manage and meet deadline;
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance seeking
Desired Knowledge and Experience
Experience creating and analyzing dashboard visualizations using Tableau
Experience Updating and maintaining updated content on SharePoint
Exposure to Finance/Accounting principles, specifically cost analysis, is preferred.
Previous federal contracting experience. Previous experiences supporting Department of Defense (DOD) programs is preferred.
Exposure to working with Agile programs is preferred
