HOW BEING A SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Sponsors office focuses on the research linked to applications of quantum technologies, power and energy solutions, and material sciences. The Sponsor requires support to develop and maintain a SharePoint site in order to develop a Knowledge Management Incubator to further enhance its Quantum Program. Work will include the development and maintenance of a SharePoint website and KMI. The KMI will document, store, organize, facilitate retrieval, and allow sharing of Program documents and other relevant information. The KMI will also track and document programmatic and administrative status and actions related to the governance process for the program.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Demonstrated on-the-job proficiency in knowledge management systems and processes, to include developing, using and maintaining these systems.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience managing short-run technical projects from inception to conclusion.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives to understand and prioritize enterprise and mission requirements.
• Demonstrated experience communicating program status and direction.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience writing and editing a variety of documentation deliverables such as manuals, briefings, newsletters, white papers, or reports intended for diverse audiences (technical, executive, or non-technical).
• Demonstrated experience performing governance and requirements activities
• Demonstrated experience authoring minutes, managing agendas, and conducting coordination support activities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting daily administration of project management and governance forums, including support activity coordination such as managing calendars and agendas, and documenting meeting minutes, decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in oral and written communication to support routine to highly complex inquiries.
• Demonstrated experience providing high level customer service supporting senior executives, senior leadership, managers, and staff.
• Certifications
  • Certified SharePoint Administrator
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

• Preferred Skills:
• Demonstrated experience exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with internal and external organizations and customers at senior levels.
• Demonstrated experience  operating independently, reliably, trustworthy, while paying attention to details and being committed to the program and team success.
• Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor or its broader community’s knowledge management applications.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with Sponsor partners and its broader community.
• Demonstrated experience successfully fostering projects and building programs.
• Demonstrated experience finding relevant graphics and information to build briefing materials, status reports, weekly updates, and other documents, with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated experience developing status reports, meeting notes, communications and other documents with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated experience participating and contributing to executive-level meetings and program briefings.
