The Training Specialist provides technical support to a program that provides training and technical assistance to a federally funded network of care providers.

Duties include:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support to training specialists

  • Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner

  • Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment

  • Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems

  • Prepares meeting rooms and resolves technical issues

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience

  • Experience providing IT support to regional/national teams to include assistance with AV equipment, computers, phones, tablets or other troubleshooting issues

  • Experience providing both in-person and virtual support to non-technical individuals

  • Highly flexible and able to multi-task

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be able to travel within the United States

  • This position requires a Background Check
