The Training Specialist provides technical support to a program that provides training and technical assistance to a federally funded network of care providers.
Provides administrative and logistical support to training specialists
Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner
Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment
Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems
Prepares meeting rooms and resolves technical issues
Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience
Experience providing IT support to regional/national teams to include assistance with AV equipment, computers, phones, tablets or other troubleshooting issues
Experience providing both in-person and virtual support to non-technical individuals
Highly flexible and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to travel within the United States
