The Quality Analyst will develop and apply quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Also, develop and conduct related tests and certificates of analysis ensuring compliance is followed throughout the quality assurance process. The Quality Analyst will liaison with external suppliers to meet quality standards documenting the quality testing process.

HOW QUALITY ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

  • Contributing to the completion of quality assurance projects.
  • Contributing to the performance of quality assurance tests and certificates of analysis.
  • Assessing potential risks and compliance issues and provides recommendations.
  • Implementing quality standards and executes compliance on every stage of the process.
  • Liaising with external vendors, contractors, or suppliers to ensure products or services meet the organization's quality standards.
  • Monitoring and develops quality assurance strategies and regulations.
  • Coordinating and performs quality trainings and documents the entire quality testing process.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

  • Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • Required Experience: 2+ year of experience working in related field. Experience working with global teams located in different parts of the world. Flexibility working with global teams located in different countries and time zones.
  • Required Technical Skills: Certified in lean and six-sigma qualify methodologies and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement (Preferred).
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 
  • Preferred Skills: Candidates with bi-lingual or multi-lingual capabilities will be a plus.

The likely salary range for this position is $66,400 - $99,600, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
