The Candidate will work with the sponsor and end users to establish a prioritized backlog. Will work in partnership with an integrated team of staff and contractors.


  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an agile development team
  • Demonstrated on-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization
  • Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge of managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints
  • Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge of daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives
  • Demonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take corrective actions; skilled at risk identification and management; and communicate effectively to the customer , stakeholders, and project team
  • Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading enterprise level projects that has a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams from start to finish using Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience managing projects through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Performs business development activities.

Participates in special projects as required.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities. May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts.

May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)

Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area.










DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience
