General Description:

Responsible for a wide range of supply management activities and provides a focal point of coordination and information concerning supply procurement, receiving, and accountability. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Government in maintaining a standard operating procedure for property accountability. Maintain inventories of equipment to ensure tracking property down to the user level, submit lists of supplies and equipment required to execute the mission, assist in the ordering process, and properly account for and store items upon receipt, including physical disposition of materials and supplies.

Receiving Government Equipment (GFE) into the GDIT Inventory.

Ordering, receiving, disbursing, and storing operating supplies

Preparation and reconciliation of hand receipts for GFE supplies and equipment

Preparation, packing and inventorying GFE for shipment to Remote Site locations

Works with a degree of independence and significant feedback from management regarding supply administration/management.


Requires the application of judgment and initiative in both routine and non-routine supply management actions.  Must interpret and adapt guidelines, SOPs and practices which pertains supply management.

Preparation and submission of quarterly sensitive items reports

Preparation and submission of quarterly 10% inventory

Preparation of all routine supply reports



Skills Requirement

Basic knowledge of supply, logistics, and property management principles, methods, and techniques. Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter. Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

HS Diploma + 1 year of relevant experience.
