This position is based out of Fort Detrick (Frederick, Maryland). There is flexibility to work remotely, however the expectation is to attend meetings onsite on an as needed basis.
Pursuant to a customer requirement, this position is contingent on providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination or submitting to regular COVID-19 testing at your own expense. Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements.
In this role a typical day will include:
Supporting the organization by implementing SharePoint solutions within the environment
Working with SharePoint lead designer and key stakeholders throughout the development process
Designing and developing workflows, lists, forms, and dashboards
Designing Documentation, Content Migration, Testing, Deployment and User Training
Ensuring SharePoint site standardization via site and content templates, metadata tagging, workflows, and reporting
Communicating effectively with customers on a day-to-day basis
Responding to user initiated help desk tickets and provide resolution to issues as required
Maintaining and refining permissions and SharePoint groups to assist lead developer on ensuring proper security controls are in place
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
5+ years Web Development experience
3+ years professional experience within SharePoint 2013/2016 in design, development, implementation, and testing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Must be detail-oriented and take initiative
Active T3 (NACLC) or higher is required
