HOW Senior C# Developer WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Performs all phases of the software development lifecycle

  • Analyzes user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs

  • Creates a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an application

  • Performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs

  • Provides analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status

  • Advises on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates

  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ development experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Public Trust
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Senior C# developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications utilizing MVC, Web API RESTful web services and Entity Framework. 
    • Moderate Web User Interface development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft ASP.NET, CORE Razor and jQuery.
    • Microsoft SQL development skills
    • Git repository and Agile
    • Apache Kafka
  • Location: On-site in Wilkes Barre, PA (USPS customer site) OR Off-site
