GDIT is looking for a Salesforce Integration Lead/Developer to join our team supporting the USPS in Wilkes-Barre (PA) or Washington (DC).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and architectural support to junior development team members.
  • Participate and contribute in the design and development of integrations for Salesforce
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
  • Identify, communicate, debug, and resolve technical defects
  • Assist with implementing optimization flows and orchestrations

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrable understanding of Web Services (SOAP & REST), XML and JSON formats document schemas, HTTP protocol and underlying internetworking concepts
  • Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Maven, Jenkins, Subversion, Git, and/or comparable toolsets
  • Experience with Java programming/development, with Java Enterprise and Spring experience preferred

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree Technical or combination experience and education.
  • 5+ years’ experience with a modern language such as Java, C#, etc.
  • Broad knowledge of web application development and cloud computing
  • Experience leading Development Teams

The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
