GDIT is looking for a Knowledge Manager who holds a TS/SCI clearance to supervise a Knowledge Management team of approximately 6-8 employees seated at three GDIT facilities (Annapolis Junction MD, Bossier City LA, and Colorado Springs CO).  This position is a direct report to the Program Manager.

The role is in support of the ESOC Program, a GDIT contract providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for the DIA. Applicant will sit at one of three GDIT sites (Bossier City LA, Annapolis Junction MD, or Colorado Springs, CO) and will be tasked with the following:

  • Administrative care of the employees on their team.
  • Produce certain metrics and/or deliverables for the Program Manager.
  • Communicate with client and other enterprise counterparts to resolve issues within the Knowledge Management scope.
  • Ensure program SOPs are updated and disseminated properly. 
  • Maintain program’s Knowledge Base through client’s ITSM (Service Now).
  • Oversee the training team responsible for tier 1 new hires.
  • Present to Program Manager and/or senior client personnel.

Applicants may be required to travel to the sites where other KM team members sit.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8570 level IIA compliant
  • Proficient writing and oral skills.
