HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The work is performed under minimal supervision, with latitude to exercise independent judgment to complete tasks
Under direction from leads, the Administrative Assistant (AA) will assist in implementing initiatives that will directly impact the enterprise to influence process change and best practice initiatives; validating that all aspects of Supply Chain Risk requirements are met; and provide effective and timely customer support
LEVEL OF AUTONOMY - The work is performed under minimal supervision, with latitude to exercise independent judgment to complete tasks
DYNAMIC WORKFLOW - AA will manage, execute, and troubleshoot complex workflow processes, and independently coordinating the resolution of issues across multiple work units
COMMUNICATIONS - Presents clear, concise, and substantive information in both written and oral formats. to include tasking and assimilating responses to diverse, note taking, complex senior management requirements; assist in creating or assembling content for position papers and/or draft basic talking points; creating/assembling and presenting informational briefings to diverse audiences. Assists Communications resource with the planning and organization of SCRM internal and external events
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - The position may require lifting or carrying equipment averaging 50 lbs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core hours are 0900-1500, the AA shall provide onsite coverage as defined by the COTR during prime business hours (0700 AM to 1600 PM, local time, Monday through Friday) exclusive of official Federal holidays; exceptions to this include staffing for non-prime operational processes, operational issues, or special events
Approval for work schedules outside prime hours must be approved by the COTR; the office may allow the AA to vary their scheduled lime as approved by the COTR; all other days, holidays, and hours are considered "non-prime" hours; the AA shall provide coverage as defined by the COTR during non-prime time business hours
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
