This office is responsible for reviewing resumes for current employees.  The candidate will provide direct administrative support to a quick paced, high volume, team environment comprised of 4 Independent Contractors.  This office will interact with multiple other Sponsor department and teams to complete duties.

The autonomy/authority of the candidate will be limited as assigned due to the transactional nature of the support role, and sensitivities of the Sponsor and access to customer personal information.  Group duties require standard core Sponsor business hours unless otherwise directed.  Candidate will have interaction with all levels of employees worldwide.  All duties will take place in an office environment.  The candidate will need to show initiative and professional management of assigned duties once up to speed.  Assigned duties will include the creation of hardcopy resume review packages, electronic document research in a variety of systems, and process organization for the team.  The candidate may be asked to track transaction metrics and provide reports to the office.  Verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate is not expected to  brief materials.  Though not expected, local travel could consist of meetings held in other Sponsor facilities in the WMA.

The candidate must have at the minimum a basic familiarity with core Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) as well as Skype, and Lotus Notes. The candidate must be able to quickly learn and successfully use on a daily basis the core functions of client specific systems and services application(s). Customer will train candidate how to perform on client application(s) and systems as needed. The office will work with candidate to learn system processes and service needs. While not required, previous experience and familiarity with the Sponsor culture and environment will aid in quicker acclimation to the office's mission. 

The candidate will be responsible for triaging queues, pulling together resume review packages, and affiliated tasks for incoming review requests. The candidate may also be assigned to respond to resume review status questions submitted from Sponsor personnel and components via email and phone. Candidate may need to track and report metrics to management. 

Candidate should have the interpersonal skills to work with Sponsor personnel. Candidate will correspond through various electronic communication formats and telephonically. Reports will be both scanned and ad hoc in nature. Candidate will learn how to understand 'what is being requested' and learn to respond accordingly. Professional communication skills are necessary in order to clearly and concisely convey general messages to customers, and office management. 

Candidate may be requested to schedule and attend ad hoc in-person and VTC meetings between several offices as directed. This will include coordinating. sending calendar invitations, and reserving the appropriate conference room. 

Candidate will maintain their own electronic calendar, and will coordinate meetings between multiple offices and groups. Candidate may reserve conference room and support meetings. 

Candidate will occasionally have to add employees to email groups and certain accesses.
