Facilities Process Improvement Analyst

GDIT Federal Financial Agencies is looking for a Facilitator/Process Improvement Analyst to support programs and internal IT projects. In this position, we are looking for the process improvement analyst to understand the details of organizational processes and find ways to optimize and improve them. The candidate for this position studies various stages of a project by breaking them down into individual steps and developing suitable metrics for each one.

Experience Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience in:

• Workshop and focus group facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation
• Process reengineering across all phases
• Identification of best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling
• Information system development methods and practices

• Interpersonal, communication, and client management skills

Required Skills:

• Responsible for delivery of session
• Provide facilitation services to organizations, including but not limited to working with staff to identify event objectives and participants, developing agendas, and providing meeting leadership and problem-solving techniques
• Facilitate team building, idea generation, decision making, vision development, implementation planning, communication plan development, data analysis, process analysis, and process re-engineering

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Requires a Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Public Trust: Active Favorably Adjudicated U.S. Government background investigation (T1 minimum)
