This position is responsible for collecting and converting tacit knowledge from individuals and teams to create explicit knowledge artifacts for use as procedural guidance. The Knowledge Analyst position provides content management and knowledge support services necessary to manage and improve organizational knowledge assets, enhance organizational learning, and create new procedural artifacts to improve consistency of performance among all supported teams. The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst works as part of a team to support all activities within the project PMO. Critical to success will be the ability to work across all levels of the organization and the development of effective working relationships with leadership and project teams.
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
The transition coordinator will work with the transition-out manager to accomplish contract and services transition to another successor contractor or entity in accordance the Government-approved transition-out plan. The transition coordinator works with the transition manager to accomplish transition-out activities and should be an experienced project manager with experience in planning and executing transition-out activities. The position requires the following qualifications:
To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Three to five years of progressive experience in project management including contract and services transition. Proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of industry standard PMO methodologies. Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and techniques to develop project plans for software development projects. Ability to perform detail-oriented business and technical analysis to discover, refine, and document the requirements for technically-oriented projects. Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed. Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively.
