The candidate will provide direct executive support to the leadership and deputy, working independently with general review and guidance from government point-of contact. This is a customer-facing role and the Administrative Assistant Ill will be expected to interact with officers at all levels. The candidate will also provide sole office management support to approximately 40 office group members. The work schedule is flexible but the candidate must be available to work during core hours of Monday to Friday 09:00am to 3:00pm. AA must have the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and discretion while serving as the principals liaison for interactions with officers at all levels within and outside the organization. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain productive working relationships with team and customers. Proactively interact with administrative peers outside the work group. The AA must be able to lift 20-40 lbs- receiving office supply orders that will take place. Travel to other buildings is not required.
