HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily

  • Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking

  • Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email

  • Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence

As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • The FO is seeking a highly motivated, polished, and organized officer to serve as a contract Administrative Assistant (AA) in the Enterprise

  • The AA is an integral part of the Front Office Executive Staff led by the Chief of Staff. This position affords an opportunity to work in a busy environment interacting on a regular basis with senior leadership and staffs throughout the Sponsor Organization

  • The FO AA will also work closely with FO staff, several business units, as well as seven tradecraft schools' Deans and Deputy Deans to function as a team in supporting the entire front office management team

  • The AA provides administrative support in a busy front office. The individual must demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to apply analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely decisions in well defined, moderate risk situations and to determine when to seek assistance

  • The AA will create and monitor communications traffic and disseminate correspondence related to the business area to the front office management team on a daily basis

  • Duties may require ad hoc travel between Sponsor buildings in the WMA using POV

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • FO core hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, the AA should arrive no earlier than 6:30am and depart no later than 6:00pm; extended/additional hours beyond 1,860 are not needed

  • Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

  • This position is on customer site
