At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Service Desk Project Manager, supporting our diplomacy customer, you will be trusted to work on this program.

​​WHAT YOU’LL NEED / REQUIRED:

  • An active Top Secret or higher-level security clearance

  • An active certification in ITIL 4.0 Foundations

  • At least 8 years of total Information Technology experience, including 1 year of experience working with the intelligence community

  • 3 years of experience overseeing an IT Service Desk

DESIRED:

  • Experience working with Service Now ITSM (IT Service Management software)

  • Effective communications with both written and verbal

  • Possess active HDI Certification.
