The customer has a requirement for a Full Performance Communications Specialist to assist with overseeing the reporting process, developing and implementing style, formatting, and messaging guidance to ensure consistency across multiple reports from multiple programs, meeting directly with programs to provide guidance on addressing audience expectations, using consistent language across the corporate enterprise, tailoring messaging to meet audience expectations, and editing reports. This resource will be available to meet with programs to assist in their preparations for oral briefings. The resource will attend the oral briefings to help document impact of messaging and identify areas for improvement. This resource will also assist in developing content for the web site, brochures, program placemats, educational materials, and lessons learned. The resource will work with other customer staffers to meet with programs in each Mission Center to provide guidance on content, format, messaging of each report they prepare. The resource may be called on to brief programs on what is expected in their reports, or help lead planning meetings for the programs to develop their report. Typical arrival/departure times is no earlier than 7:00am and no later than 5:00pm. Resource may be called on to brief SIS level officers but most interactions are at the working level.
