The Administrative Assistant II will interact with the group leadership team composed of senior officers, as well as offices and senior leadership organizationally above the group. Primary interfaces will be the senior and executive leaders, and front offices above and below the group. Work will be mostly dynamic and in house. The work will require writing skills to generate responses to corporate tasking. Other tasking may include management of organizational charts, call trees, newsletter, space/inventory, meeting facilitation, and other ad hoc efforts (as requested). Hours for the position are eight hours a day with the core hours of 0900-1500. No additional hours beyond 1,860 (1.0 FTE) will be required. No unique physical requirements exist for this position. Though minimal, it is possible that travel in a personally owned vehicle within the Washington Metro Area will be required. Admin will be expected to independently support typical functions such as ordering supplies and altering calendar requests but will take daily direction from the COS.
