Location: 1401 50th Street, Suite 200, West Des Moines, IA 50266
Job Duties: Draw on experience with Episode of Care, (EOC) payment system, Oracle 12c, 11g environment, PL/SQL for Medicaid/Medicaid data warehouse, measure engine development, ETL and/or database programming, and data modeling to design and develop complex enterprise-wide systems and algorithms that support and improve States’ Medicare/Medicaid payment systems. Design and develop data load processes (ETL - extract, transform, and load). Code, test, and debug complex new/existing data architecture, software products or make significant enhancements to existing software. Research and integrate design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities. Provide input to technical team members involved in writing and updating documentation such as user manuals, system documentation and training materials. Research emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution. May telecommute to West Des Moines, IA from any U.S. location. Visa sponsorship not offered.
Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field plus 3 years of post-bachelor’s experience* reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. Alternatively, will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s experience* reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
*Experience must include 3 years with Episode of Care (EOC).
