Work activity is transactional in nature and will require data input into specific government HR systems. The AA will be responsible for initiating and completing group tasks for onboarding, separation and the permanent change of station (PCS) process for the unique officers once an assignment has been approved. The AA will be required to complete specific tasks related to the PCS that is done within the group and work with other business areas that have a part in the process. The AA will be expected to update data and relay information to other offices as necessary. Attention to detail, ability to research across multiple systems, solid writing and organization skills is extremely essential for this requirement. Core hours are 8 hour workday between 6am-6pm.
The AA will be responsible for tracking the groups tasks associated with onboarding, separation and the permanent change of station (PCS) process for unique officers. All information associated with this process (travel orders, entitlements, internal communications, PCS briefing) is located in Sponsor databases. Sponsor HR system, Sponsor Security systems, Sponsor Career Management System, and Sponsor Time system -proficiency low.
The AA will be responsible for tracking the PCS process from beginning to end as well as the groups task for onboarding and separation. All information associated with this process is uploaded into OED databases. The processes are well documented as they are being done in the traditional HR systems. There could be room for ideas for efficiencies. The AA will be trained on these processes.
The AA will be expected to communicate with customers via internal sponsor communications as needed. Most of the time will use prototypes. Occasionally will scan hard copy documents into the Sponsor's electronic system of record. Complexity is low.
