Proficient in English acceptable (Bi-lingual in Korean and English is preferred)
Proficient in supporting customer logistics requirements through the analysis, hand-receipting and accountability, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day logistics operations as well as provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.
Proficiency in reviewing, compiling, populating and submitting purchase requests / purchase orders for hardware or software procurements.
Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and relate reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
Develops logistics plans and accountability tracking methods in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Follows established policies, regulations, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control from a logistical perspective.
Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times of needed and relevant equipment and property.
Ensures sub-hand receipt holders are aware and knowledgeable of property accountability practices and procedures; provides training as required.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required to ensure logistical practices are in place.
Performs joint inventories with Government Property Control Officer and all sub-hand receipt holders of all Government Furnished Property provided via the contract. Maintains an inventory of all Government Furnished Property and conducts property accountability surveys.
Provide notification to the Government in writing of any Unaccepted Property, Discrepancies and Property Passes. Notify management of property transfer and account for all items via contract modification.
Provide immediate accident notification and written accident report of property damage of any and all property. Follow procedures as defined in DoD regulations, policies and guidelines for proper reporting.
Performs quarterly reviews and updates, or as required, of the Property Management SOP and electronically deliver the latest document to the Government, KO and COR, by the last working day of each option period.
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
5-8 years of related experience in logistics, traffic and/or supply chain management.
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting logistics operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technology and equipment used to perform daily operations to ensure immediate support when needed.
DoD Security Clearance: Final US-Secret with initiated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
Required Certification: ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
