GDIT Technology Shared Services (TSS) is seeking a Business Analyst Advisor. Business Analyst Advisors in GDIT’s Technology Shared Services Applications Organization are subject matter experts that build the bridge between our business and our clients. The HR Business Analysts basic role is to process design and support implementation of creative Intelligent Automation solutions for our commercial and public sector customers. Our BAs work directly with business/functional partners to understand business challenges, tease out, and document requirements, and build business cases to support development of solutions to automate manual processes. The HR Business Analyst will define, promote and utilize best practices for business case development in support of automation technologies and serve as a subject matter expert for others seeking to utilize the same technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.

Requirements:
The likely salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
