As a Trainer, you will:

  • Develop course content, design presentations, elements/modules and present training programs for the customer and in-house employees, create student guides, power point presentations and other materials to ensure participants effectively learn presented materials. 
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers about new methods and ideas to facilitate future training programs, coach and develop fellow training employees.  Develop customer needs assessment, meets quality standards for services, and evaluates customer satisfaction.  Coordinate with in house personnel and the customer to identify program needs, obtain technical data, and schedule programs. 
  • Able to perform direct and advisory roles in oversight, planning and implementation of projects and initiatives. 
  • Conduct problem resolution and identify process improvements. 
  • Interface as needed at multiple levels of management, providing information and thought leadership in technical areas.
  • Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. 

Required:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 years related experience
  • Prepare Training Plan
  • Prepare technical reviews and training materials,
  • Prepare user guides, videos
  • Prepare  training artifacts, SOPs, TTPs, monthly virtual training sessions, DCS, on-site training (exception), walkthrough guides, FAQs, etc.
