HOW A NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Provide technical expertise in the architecture, deployment, and sustainment of large scale, clustered Northrop Grumman Enhanced Communication Gateway Systems.

• The OM SME shall provide technical expertise in and management of the architecture, deployment, and sustainment of multiple large, geographically dispersed, and clustered Enterprise Telos Automated Message Handling Systems (AMHS) and Northrop Grumman Enhanced Communication Gateway Systems (ECGS).

  Education Requirement: Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, or 5 recent years of documented experience relevant to this key position.

  Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated minimum five years’ experience in and understanding of managing DoD level OM operations to include the Telos AMHS application and the Northrop Grumman ECGS application.
• Experience with administering other key components of OM operations such as the Message Conversion System (MCS), Central Directory Component (CDC) and cross domain solution technologies.
• Knowledge of a range of current information technology such as: database administration, Public Key Infrastructure, and clustering technologies troubleshooting.
  
  WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Information Assurance (IA) Certification: IAT-II
• Demonstrated experience in computer system engineering, hardware and software analysis, system installation, integration, implementation, and system maintenance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical subjects to nontechnical staff are required.
• experience securing Operating Systems to comply with DISA STIGs; network experience configuring and maintaining desktop firewalls.
• Experience configuring security policies to protect system applications.
• Experience analyzing ongoing changes that are published in HBSS specific STIGs and applying the appropriate policies and configuration changes to bring OMS systems into compliance with USCYBERCOM policies.
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
• ITILv4 certification preferred.
