Develops builds and manages complex training programs for tactical and business applications and systems. Defines and identifies training program requirements and needs within business units. Conducts training programs on all topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Formulates training policies and schedules utilizing knowledge of identified training needs customer processes, business systems or changes in products, procedures, or services. Develops teaching aids to include training manuals, demonstration models, web based training, reference materials and visual aids.


Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.


5+ Years of Experience 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • 5+ years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
  • Requires at least 2-4 years of experience with technical writing, technical documentation or training end users of software systems
  • Requires a strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) to include basic business applications , relational database concepts and networks
  • Requires experience utilizing and integrating Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and OneNote with SharePoint and other Enterprise Systems
  • Experience with software testing and QA/QC
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016) and building training for users on new features and enhancements
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with minimal direction
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Candidates who have prior military experience are highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability and desire to actively pursue learning opportunities in the technical/engineering and training fields
