GDIT is hiring a Business Analyst-Lifecycle Manager in support of the USSOUTHCOM SCITES Program.
-Manage lifecycle sustainment planning and execution seamlessly over the span of an assets entire lifespan from procurement to end-of-service while ensuring achievement of lifecycle support availability, reliability, and affordability for hardware and software components.
-Develop, implement, and maintain a lifecycle sustainment plan.
-Accountable for tracking all lifecycle actions from procurement through the end-of-life (EOL) and disposition.
-Maintain clear and open communications with all stakeholders.
-Gather requirements and develop salient characteristics for lifecycle projects.
-Develop and support lifecycle scheduling, and prepare all procurement, sustainment, and service support plan preparations.
-Assist in fiscal budget projections related to the Lifecycle replacement forecast.
-Supports IT service delivery in accordance with the respective IT service performance metrics, including contracted service level agreements (SLAs), operating level agreements (OLAs), and Associate Contractor Agreements (ACAs)
-BA/BS with 2-5 years of experience in Federal budgetary forecasting, FAR procurement regulations, Enterprise IT technologies, or IT equipment lifecycle scheduling and forecasting. Additional experience in lieu of formal education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
-Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
